It's my turn to choose POTW again...
There were several under consideration but the one I kept coming back to was "Sand and Solitude" by Clicker:

I love the feeling of emptiness and space that Polly has captured here.  If you haven't already done so, have a look at the full thread here and decide whether you prefer the colour or monochrome version!

Oh  ....Thanks Gareth... that was really    unexpected ...I always  enjoy my trips to the Gower .... It's not designated an area of outstanding beauty  for nothing ... it  rarely disappoints  and as I said before ... I am just recording what is there ... but thank you   for  feeling the emptiness and space  that the  image  engendered... It's what I felt when taking the photo .
