  1. A great memory though, yes we went to Winchcombe as well. Two trains came in at the same time but unfortunately both were facing backwards so it wasnt quite as effective
  2. Yes as I understand it you can go from Cheltenham to Broadway, seems like it could be a nice day out
  3. Took a trip with the local camera club on Saturday to Toddington to try and catch the steam trains Managed to get this one at the station
  4. Very nice, Ive been there once I think, but missed the waterfall
  5. It was after a trip to Purton Ships Graveyard and we wandered further down to the docks but of course by that time the view was into the sun. The way I often deal with it when filterless is using exposure compensation
  6. Well caught, nice shot
  7. Couple of great shots there, well done .... Ive never been good at catching birds in flight myself
  8. Its difficult to catch the front of Southwell without getting converging lines but looks like you were far enough away to avoid that - Nice shot
  9. Nice one, Ive been to the minster, but not inside. I guess you may be using a Canon? Ive taken a shot at 25600 in complete darkness of Mevagissey quay and although the background detail was a bit messy, the main boat subject was fine. Normally in darker indoor places I'll go up to 6400 and that usually does it and I dont get noise around that level
  10. Taken by the River Severn looking towards the Severn Bridge
  11. Great catch, well done
  12. Lovely shot, nice reflections
  13. I lived in deepest Warwickshire in the 60's and remember opening our front door to a wall of snow
  14. Nice set, albeit depressing after all this rain
  15. Lovely shot, nice reflections - hope everything went as well as it could do
  16. Well done, I went to Iceland for over a week and didnt see it
  17. Very nice, lovely colours
  18. The name rings a bell, now you mention it so maybe yes. I was fairly confused by the end as there are so many models
  19. Between Solihull and Warwick, yes
  20. I felt sure I'd posted these on here, but searching shows nothing so it must be my age A guided tour recently, never going to be able to afford one of these .... hugely expensive
  21. I dont think Ive posted these before, taken a while ago at Baddesley Clinton.
  22. I'm not sure why he looks surprised
