Sad, but not sorry day....

Just to let you all know that David passed away peacefully this afternoon after a very nasty week of fighting pain and significant discomfort. I am just grateful that it happened so peacefully and very quickly after his condition deteriorated significantly over the past week, and he didn't hang in there and face months or even more weeks of the pain. Will be back as and when I can.

Grieving can seem like such a solitary emotion with such a personal loss Dee, but please know you will always find friends and support on this forum to help keep you afloat especially on those days when you feel as if you are sinking . I am so very sad for you and  your family and trust there will come a day when the sun sets in the West and the beauty of it and your best memories will outweigh the sadness you are feeling today. .My heartfelt condolences to you  my friend ....x
