Reet then..... For the 81st challenge I'd like you to submit images on the theme of THE STREETS. Interpret the theme any way you wish and images from your archives are acceptable as well as new photographs.

The thread will remain open for entries until midnight (GMT) on Friday 20th January and then I'll set up a poll to choose the winner.

But for now........... Get out those cameras, buff up those lenses and take to THE STREETS!

Send me one as well Polly, I had an image all planned out but the rain last weekend prevented me and then I forgot to sort a substitute.

Sometimes Colin I just wonder where the hell the week goes...  I swear there doesn't  seem to be 24 hours in a day anymore and how I ever found time to actually go out to work years ago  I'll never know !!    I think remembering  stuff starts to be an issue for us Old Timers ... Lol  ....erm... what was your name again ?

Ooh  muchly Ta ... Wide spread  of  votes there .. will set up new theme later today ... It will be " Can you hear it ? "  so trawl your archives or go and get a new pic that makes you hear a sound when you look at it .. A babbling brook, a choir singing,  a thunder clap , a trombone playing , a child giggling, a bird singing  ... Anything that provokes a sound..... That should make  for a comprehensive array of images I hope .. Come on ... Surprise us all
