Brock Bottoms - Down by the Water

Paul

Recommended Posts

Located about ten miles north of Preston and on the very western edge of the Forest of Bowland. the picnic site and nature trail (sometimes mistakenly called ‘Brock Bottoms’) is a beauty spot along the river. Brock Bottoms was once the site of a cotton spinning mill, with about 20 cottages built to accommodate the workforce. The mill was probably built in the 1790’s.

Oh WOW  Paul !! I endorse Fogey's sentiments too ... terrific  editing  to match the lyrics with appropriate footage ... the dogs meeting midstream  to coincide  with the exact timing of the words "meet  you down by the water "  shows  that you have  already recognised the   nuances that make a good clip  into an excellent  one ... Excellent   footage Paul ...  and to end with a kingfisher  sitting on a branch just posing for you !!! :jig: You should be very pleased with your results ... I am very impressed .👍

Thank you both muchly. :)

The music can sometimes land in the right place by itself though, but it's timing can make a big difference.
