got in last night and started post processing the pics from the evening..computer was on a go slow so the next thing i know its 3 am  ..sod I'm off to bed ...decided to look out the front door before going to bed...so glad i did ...wow ..there was an amazing display of noctilucent cloud..something that's on my bucket list as I've never seen them ..so i was standing in my front doorway with the tripod on the pavement taking pics of an awesome natural display

Wow...... That was worth opening the front door for wasn't it .. Just the most amazing  skies ...never seen that before...  The panorama   of the 2# image is  a just a beauty ...  You need to buy a lottery ticket today Rylan .... you really do ....

Incredible captures Ryebear.....

A few years ago now, I posted a shot of  very unusual cloud formation.... it was suggested that BBC Weather might be interested... I emailed a copy to them, it was featured on the Bbc weather web site for some time afterwards.
