The 52 Project 2017 - Week 01

Korky

Recommended Posts

Here we go with Week 01 and just for the newcomers.......

You have till close of play next Monday (6th February) to take, process and post your photograph in this thread. Then we'll do it again and again until we've done it fifty-two times.

Chat, banter, 'likes' and general daftness are all welcomed.

Thanks for that Korks.   And for mentioning the  closing date too ... That will help me when I 'm looking through the dates of files to decide which pics to choose from , as in the past I haven.'t specifically gone out to take a pic for the Project ... I 've just chosen one that I've taken for the OADED  Challenge from the week that the dates apply to  ...I am hoping to do something specifically for this challenge each week... I am starting  with good intentions ... Honestly  ...  Besides  I don't want you giving me a verbal thrashing on June 10th for making the thread untidy by arriving late every week ... ... ;)

Right, getting in early because I'm at work for the foreseeable.

As dismal as the weather was I was determined to get a lone tree pic today, but failed miserably!
So, with a little artistic license, I took my image from the One-A-Day and had a play :12_slight_smile:

Aha...it appears you may have discovered the habitat of a that rarely sighted  three legged tripletrainerthorus ... Often accompanied  by its one eyed mate that has three much thinner legs but it seems is much less mobile and has to be carried everywhere .  It is usually seen skulking on Jackies beach around sunrise often looking wistfully out towards a large rocky outcrop...     chances are it probably has you in it's sights as we speak !

I  wandered over  the border today into Wales looking for some inspiration for this challenge  and found Llareggub!... Photo to follow as soon as I get the PP done . For some reason  your  boys  gave me  the inspiration Beepy ..

I dread to think what that scruffy pair of argumentative oiks would inspire.

I'm glad I got my comp. up and running (apparently) for the beginning of this year's 52 Project. Must admit, I've been a bit slack since things started playing up. But hopefully, that's all in the past.

As you can see, I left my boots out on the veranda for a couple of weeks. This has happened before, but not to this extent.

Omg I would have had to bin them after seeing that Brian ...

I was being far too obtuse Beepy ...and too clever for my own good ... The reference to your boys was  because I thought you were maybe a fan of the Welsh poet  who bears  the combination of their names... If you google the name that sounds like a  Welsh  place (  Llareggub.)... erm ... and read Under Milkwood  ... you'll see what I meant about finding inspiration . Of Course it would have been funny  had I not had to explain it ... sigh ... the story of my life when it come to telling jokes I'm afraid ...

A bootfull of Aussie spiders? There's not enough money in the world to induce me to put my foot in there!
