  1. Great set again Paul - hopefully one day, I'll be able to bend down again and look close!!
  2. As already said, stunning Paul - and what a hairy beastie!!
  3. Great sequence Denis, how nice that you were in the right spot and could capture that positive activity.
  4. Congrats from me too Colin, great shot!!
  5. Congrats Strav, super shot and well deserved potw.
  6. Well done Fogey - looks perfectly like a photo taken through a rainy window. Good job!!
  7. Very nice effect Fogey, lovely colour too.
  8. Nice ones Denis - and I saw you when I downloaded the video!!
  9. I have a lovely Mountain Laurel bush in flower, just in front of my lounge window so did a wander out with my phone to get a closer picture of the flowers and the distinctive buds.] Also spotted a nice Ixia flower close to it too. Then found another small flower which I took inside and put in a vase. It came up through another bush, and I hadn't seen it before, but have identified it as Gladiolus communis, a European species and smaller than the usual Gladioli Will see what else I can do, but will still be limited.
  10. Lovely views Clicks, nice dramatic sky in the first one, and classic green look in the second. Nice!!
  11. Don't get to see contrails any more where I live now, because I'm no longer under a flight path. Nice shots Denis, the first one pips it for me!!
  12. Great set Fuji, nice to see a smile and a wave to you too. Looking at the fish picture made me fancy salmon for my tea today, and the last one of the fruit counter is great!!
  13. Sorry for the weeks of inactivity, it has been a long and hard time for me after 12 weeks in hospital and three major operations on my left hip. I am now a 'bionic woman' with screws, wires and metal plates in my hip - enough to set off all the alarms at an airport!! Have, this week, transitioned from two crutches to one, and moving about a bit better, but still slowly, and have managed to take a couple of pictures but am reduced to mobile phone use only for now. Will do catchups as I can and hopefully will be around more.
  14. Belated congrats Paul, great shot.
  15. Nice simple subject and interesting to see what you can do to give a different look.
  16. The clarity is amazing Fuji, enjoy your new toy!
  17. Interesting presentation of a nice subject Cheryl, I like it.
  18. Very interesting sculpture Denis, both sides are nice but #1 is lovely with the background sky and beach colour too.
  19. Congrats Fogey, a beautiful image.
  20. Have really missed out on this Paul, but I am so glad that your fantastic work has gained some recognition. Well done!!
  21. Belated congrats Gareth, great shot and I love the colour!
  22. Well done Cheryl, I loved this as soon as I saw it!
  23. Thanks for your information to Denis Rye, that does explain the train set up. Nice set.
