That 's a super set and well worth the wait . The first one is a real cracker of a shot ! love it ! Glad to see the reservoir is full again  too ... Spain would love to be in the same boat I suspect with their shortage of water  and low levels in their reservoirs !

I   am not a huge fan of  very slow shutter on moving water  Ryland  but  it works really well on that first image for me because  it's  not uber slow and   because of your  composition separating   the water  and distance so obviously  from the foreground, with that wall .

It's one of the  few  occasions where  a slower shutter  speed  really works   for  me .... mainly  because  it is  not too slow and still conveys  the movement of the water.   

Yeah  that  first image is a standout  photo  in that set , I agree Strav ... Well done Rybear ... I see it got POTW too !
