Supposed to get some Wednesday and Thursday in our part of Essex, but it will be the usual pandemonium of twits in Audi's Bm's and Mercs 'drifting ' around every junction and roundabout thinking they are oh so cool.

So I hope it stays dry :)

Snow often makes a scene look monochrome doesn’t it ...especially when the sky  is full of snow . When I looked at this  image I suddenly realised it was almost devoid of colour ....   I suppose it’s obvious really isn’t it .
Yes Cheryl ... almost anything looks beautiful immediately after a heavy fall of pristine snow.... It seems to drape over any sharp or ugly edges and display a vista with a soft, pristine, comfort blanket ....it almost seems sacrilegious to  deface it with footprints and tyre tracks ...  The other noticeable thing that I love and often accompanies a substantial fall of snow is the way it muffles sound ...  It seems to insulate your mind from all that unnecessary noise  that seems to permeate our busy lives now ...  so ... I’ll be quite sad if it’s all gone tomorrow 😉
