Super  photo Craig  ....brilliant muscle definition exemplified by this running machine of a breed...  Did you alter the  bg colours to  complement the  dog as they look  very autumnal.. if you did  it's a brilliant  ploy in your processing and works an absolute treat....... nice work ..

I did a free shoot for 8 local dog owners on the 26th just my way of giving back, as they all were amazing over the lockdown. 
Most of the local dog owners would go to the people who were shielding and take their dogs out for them.

Yep, I changed the background colours and put a very slight cast on the dog to blend him in.

Hi Polly,
Yes I have loads here, have to admit it was a fun day which started at 10am and finished at 6pm, also giving them time slots as to keep to the  social distancing regulations.
A long old day but thoroughly enjoyable.

There were everything from Lurchers to German Shepherds to Shih Tzu's. 
So really pushed my limits as to get the best from them. 
Luckily enough my home backs on to a big woodland so I went in there with them and used that as a backdrop. 

I think I took about 3000 images by the end of the day, so the editing was fun...! lol

Well I hope we can see some more of them soon ... meanwhile ... I hope you are managing to  stay safe whist at least  venturing out a bit more in suitable circumstances... not easy for those of us that have been shielding  ... you certainly seem to have a talent for pooch pics ...

Yep did all I could to keep myself and other safe too.

It is certainly nice to get out properly again thats for sure..!
and being able to take some photos of some lovely pooches is always a bonus!

My wife Kim has always said to me she can tell a mile off the photos i love taking as it shows in them compared to the other ones....
I'm not entirely sure if she means the other ones are cr*p and she likes the  pooch ones better...?
