POTW we 18/09/16

The image of the week that I have chosen is Roger's moon shot of the Apennine Mountains. I think I can see the huge gorge of the Hadley Rille and the area also has a 4.6km high summit all caught in this greatly detailed shot that must have taken a long time to process judging by the work that Roger describes. Blimey, if we get any closer we will see the equipment left behind by the Apollo 15 crew. Great work and dedication.
