We absolutely loved this town.

After docking in Marseille we caught a bus to Aix as we didnt want to do the ships arranged tour of Marseille. I had been to Marseille before in the truck... and I remembered it as a bit of a seedy dump!

So, an half an hour coach ride took us to this beautiful small city, we both took lots of snaps for ourselves but these few I took were earmaked for here!

I know what you mean Korky, I'm quite pleased with that meself!

I missed a vintage Moto-Guzzi that was customised, the bloke shot off on it before I could get near it :)

I spent two weeks in Provence, based in Toulon in 2007 - where in Roman times they produced the Purple dye - so these and your others from the French coast bring back some nice memories.. mainly having breakfast in the garden at 7am or pastis and cheese and wine around 7pm..

What a super set Denis .. Captured the essence of a French town there very well ...favourites are the bikers  and the three chaps under the white parasols..... and I liked the vegetable  market  stall too..
