I think we are going to see quite a bit of your interest here Roger, an excellent image but I have no idea of how you achieve shots like this! super stuff that I'm sure will go down really well :)

well 20 plus years Denis, this image was taken with an astro camera , about 20 15 min exposures, taken through my powerful telescope , , which  needs tracking and guiding on a star to stop star trailing, then all those exposures are combined and processed , this can take hours to do , ,so there ya go .

Really impressive images, Roger. And admiration at the amount of work to get them.

Maybe you could put up a link to your website so that we could browse all of the ones you've put up there :)

I think I might have found it.

If you go to your Profile, you should see a little icon to the bottom left of the default avatar. Click on that and upload an image. You can then adjust it to get it to fit.

Fantastic images Roger...........Out of this World!

Seriously though, they really are a pleasure to look at.....the complete opposite to a lose ups and Macro.

A  refreshing change of scale and perspective........What a wonderful world?
