Here's how it works.

The story always starts with "Once upon a time"

Each entry adds just one line/ sentence to the story. You can take the story in any direction you like (keep it nice...) 

You must wait until another person adds a story line before you come back to the story.

a large helping of nostalgic lyrics....."Maybe Andrew Lloyd Webber could be  persuaded  to compose a new recipe for the new Queenberry bickies."  thought Phil, whilst the kitten with no name helped him muck out the stables ; at this point,a strange thought  crossed Phil's  mind.....

a Jaguar:shock:... ...(or it may have been an VW  in a former life where emissions were not important  ) nevertheless Phil  was in a panic...after all, when the  chips are downbrown, there is only one thing one can do ....  and  that  is ....

was it "leg" or "spoon" pondered Phil. His memory was not what it used to be sadly and  the trusty rusty ol' Vauxhall spluttered to a halt through lack of petrol ( yup ...he'd forgotten to fill up at T*sc*s when he bought the chips ) with more than a mile to go and as the Fire engine screamed past him, sirens wailing, he just knew ....

... that he should have bought Alphabites or Smiles - frozen ones would take longer to cook in hot fat and Phil would have had more time on his side.

As it was though, Aldi had banned him from their stores (hence Tesco's) and they were the whole ten yards further away from Phil's semi-detached, mostly in-flame residence and that now meant...
