Hello from the Malverns

Hello.  My name is Edward and I'm a photoholic.

I was given a Kodak Instamatic in about 1971 (aged 9).  Skip forward about 40 years to 3 years ago and I bought a Canon 5DMk1 and then a new 6D in February and by the end of tomorrow will have put 10k images on the clock.  I use Photoshop and Lightroom and shoot in raw.  Photography is now my job - and enjoyment!

To date I've mainly photographed equine events but love landscapes, nature and all sorts including commercial work.  I have recently made steps to join the wedding photography arena.

You will find a lot in common with John, who loves and photographs the Malverns. I too once lived in the Midlands and went walking on them quite a lot (the Malverns that is, not the Midlands...).

I'm at Fromes Hill, near the tank, John.  I grew up near Banbury, Chris and some of past family are from near Warwick.

Thank you, Fuzzy - only been to Yorkshire three times I think but can remember each trip - lovely part of the world.  Thank you for the photo comment.  Yet again, I've forgotten to clone out that white pixel/plane in the top right ... grrr .... having "spotted" it, it annoys me now.
