Garden spider....

I took this a hour or so ago, he has strung a huge web between my gate and the Ketter storage bin. I have no idea what species, other than he (or she) is a decent size. I used my tripod and remote as I couldn't hold the camera steady enough for a hand shot.

I have absolutely no idea Denis, but I have a rare macro shot of a spider that hitched a place on my wing mirror - it's the same make. If you'll allow me, I'll post its picture in this topic.

I have one that Spins between my wheelie bin and recycle bin. Even aFter bin day, when we have to ruin his (or her) web to put th bin out, he's back the next day. Even using a tripod and remote shutter release I cant get an image as theres a costant breeze, everytime I try.

You did well, nice shot.
