The Ribble Steam Railway and Museum, Preston.

The Ribble Steam Railway and Museum is an active Heritage Railway, running Steam Engines every weekend from Easter to October (plus Halloween and Santa Specials.).

With a museum, workshop, passenger train and a children's playground it's a great day out for the family and train enthusiasts. As a volunteer-run organisation, you will find a friendly and welcoming environment with knowledgeable volunteers on hand to answer any questions and share their knowledge. Yes Geoff - I was of course alone (Martin was at the far end to turn the lights on). I had to go very slowly (no GPS for the drone).

  What a good promotional video Paul ...  These  vintage  railways and museums  depend so much on  the good will of the public and volunteers , It's  good to feel you can  contribute with your new found  skills to help raise awareness and promote these types of enterprise .... No mean skills at work  during the  shooting of that video Paul ... Congratulations on a  job well done ....
