Topaz Studio 2 - Second Edit

Taken on a walk by the Ulverston Canal, Cumbria. Not my usual choice of subject, but I was really taken with the texture in her feathers and the way she presented a natural composition without me having to do any work. Click!

the Topaz effect looks to be very subtle.

Thanks, Gareth - Yes it is subtle.

I settled in for a good half-hour of editing, but when I gave it a dollop of AI Clear and then a preset called Urban Glow I was more than happy with the result.

I agree with Rye .... it's a super photo and yes,... it doesn't appear to have any topaz filtering ... Some photos benefit from obvious twiddling and don't purport to be  unadulterated photographs whilst others benefit from a tiny tweak here and and there  to perfect the light or colour that was missing on the day .. I love the fact  that all kinds of photography is embraced on this Forum  and even if the manipulated stuff isn't everyone's cuppa, it's really good to see that all views are tolerated  respected  by Members ... I  have learned such a lot from you lot since I joined this Forum .... Thanks .... ...:goodjob:
