OK, toglets, here we go with Week 04 and we have a theme that's been set by Rye.

The theme is 'A Mono Conversion' and in view of that here are clear instructions...... Click, twiddle, post.

Thank you very much John. Very limited as to what I can do just now, so pretty well 'stuck on our block', but luckily the sun came through as I walked, and to get the ground mist like that is unusual for us, and gave us a different look.

Trying to make something out of nothing.

Pity you chose this week as a mono challenge. This is the only photo I've taken this week and I was quite pleased with the outcome. But that was a sunset in colour and when converted into mono was distinctly lacking. So I got to work with Nik,Topaz and Photoshop filters trying to make something out of it.

Essentially, it is a photo of our Wallaby fence, which is now finished (at last!) at sunset, as can be seen in A Slice of Life.

John - You're very welcome to join in if you wish, but I thought you said the 52 Project wasn't your thing!

If you are going to join in, WELCOME - but could I ask that if you do a quote, you delete the photograph and just quote the text. I have a tidy mind I'm afraid. Thanks!

Korky, my apologies.  It wasn't my intention to offend.  I can't remember what I actually said but I know that my fear was that we might be duplicating what was already there because I have seen other forums that are so fragmented, they don't work.  I've posted because the ethos of the forum is to join in but please delete my post if I've overstepped the mark.

John - no apologies necessary, just join in and post each week if you wish. Week 5 will start next Monday and your photograph should be taken, processed and posted before close of play the following Sunday. There'll be a theme every fourth week (see Ryewolf's list). If that sounds OK to you jump in and enjoy.

Please humour me by deleting the image from any post you quote so that we don't get duplicates or triplicates. Ta!

For those new joiner-inners, images need to be taken between Monday and Sunday of each week and every 4th week is themed - the themes have already been preset so check out the list... 52 Project Themes

Other than that images can be anything you want, some of the themes are specific but I've tried to keep them as broad as possible.
