Just to correct Rye, your pic should be posted by close of play tomorrow (Sunday) not Monday.

The week runs from Monday to Sunday, so get a bloody shift on - mine'll be here tomorrow, really cant be bothered with it tonight, it's beer and Netflix for moi.

Almost forgot about this it has been such a crazy week at home, so thanks for popping the reminder up Rye! Will have to simply go for something from home, so one from my after brekky walks with K&B, taken on Tuesday morning. it was a bit cool and fresh and I was looking for some frost, but didn't find any:

Not a great photo and you could say it belongs in The Slice of Life, but I've been really busy this week and haven't been able to get out to take photos..

We have a running battle with the local fauna. When we arrived home from our recent holiday, we found that the 'Roos had devastated our garden. They come up out of the Park, which is the bush you can see in the background and eaten just about every plant in the garden. That patch of leaves that are in the foreground, used to be a meter tall Yucca plant. We even resorted to an electric fence, which was effective but we couldn't do the whole garden..............so this is the only answer, the very thing we didn't really want......a fence.

I through an extension tube on the camera intending to grab a few aphids, that didn't quite work out, the aphids are now history and my rose can breath again. So I grabbed a leaf instead.

Week 1 draws to a somewhat sleepy close - Thanks everyone! Particularly enjoyed BP's steaming pile as it made me remember when...... on second thoughts, perhaps this isn't the place!

If you haven't posted, there's still time to catch up as long as your photo was taken a last week.

When I look at BPs photo of that pile of steaming manure I think fertiliser. Excellent!
