Sorry Van .... I thought I had answered this ... I must have gotten sidetracked. It's a sculpture by David Gosling made from Hazel Willow and Ivy.

The sculpture is inspired by William Blake's painting Oberon, Titania and Puck with Fairies Dancing from A Midsummer Night's Dream.

I found them in a field next to a circle of 77 stones said to be 4000 years old .
