Hi everyone,

My name is Alan and love all aspects of photography, especially attempting to shoot motogp motorcycles in action.

I live in Glasgow and own Cannon cameras and lenses.

Oh hi Alan from Glasgow... A fabulous city . I haven't been there for six or seven years  but love the place ... Welcome to the Forum ... Tell us a bit more about yourself...and the places you go to capture the motorcycles in action. It will be great to see your work as I am sure there will be lots of people interested in  that genre in particular ...jump in and have fun ... Just yell if you need any help ... Once you have 30 posts under your belt you get the right to edit your posts .... So it's worth  double checking before you hit submit  button ...  I used an iPad with predictive text a couple of times when I first joined  and some of the typo  errors  were hysterical ...   Enjoy .....

Thanks guys for the welcome.

I usually travel to Italy or CzechRepublic to catch the races as find that health and safety there is a little more relaxed and therefore I manage to get a little closer to the action, and that the weather is usually a little kinder.

I'll try and figure out how to post photos, but if I get stuck I'll shout for help.

Hi Alan welcome along, have you ever visited Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire? A great motorbike circuit that lets you get close to the action ( gets very busy on main events tho'.) Cadwell Park
