Autumn in UK - what's your photo plans?

Recommended Posts

As much as I love the warmth and sunshine of the Summer (think I missed it this year when I blinked), Autumn really does it for me. It has its own smell and feel. The misty mornings, the smell of woodburners and fires, the squirrels preparing for their Winter. Halloween, bonfire night. The colours, the moonrises. Sunrises.  Sweeping up leaves and the fungi round the trees in the park. Seeing your breath on a morning, the low sun, even the rain and reflections ( in the puddles and your own reflections on the year so far).......Can you tell I'm excited? I want to do an Autumn photo project as my camera has been taking a back seat lately and I need inspiration. Will start a little Autumn image thread to see everyone's images too......sorry for you guys not having an Autumn now but we can keep the thread going as Autumn progresses around the world. Happy Autumn everyone.

Yeah... Sorry to hear about Mum in Law Chrissy...  it 's obviously a very stressful time for you and the family ...  we can always start one for you  later... Chrissy's Autumn Album   if  you want .

Meanwhile .... pop in  when you  can ...sometimes  just  a chat late at night  can just keep you sane. Hoping for  the best outcome  for   your poorly Mum in law  ...  and saying a little prayer for her:yes

  • Thanks u guys. She's getting very bad tempered and resisting help....good sign or bad? Who knows. My poor hubby is surviving on 4 hrs sleep every 24 hours. I'm worried about him and his mum. Also my mum who has had terrible chest infection and really isn't managing to lookout for herself. Hard times ahead but great to have your support.
