Yes, it has been a strange and difficult year in many ways for all of us, but Christmas Day is here.

Christmas did come to my house a few days ago, the Christmas tree went up:

 

Brodie wasn't sure about her new costume, and Kelly didn't like to move because then the jingle bells rattled!!

I will be having some time with son and family, it's early morning and we have sunshine!

 

Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas, and let's all look forward to a better 2021. Best wishes to all.

A strange one for us as we cannot see our Son or our daughter,grandsons or friends here in the UK. Plenty will probably break those rules though, but you can garantee the newly formed facebook Stasi will be snitching on those that do !

So, just Shareen and I will be sitting down to a dinner tomorrow alone and will raise a glass to all of our friends and loved ones and as I will too to the many people on here whom I regard as friends also, take care and may your gods go with you

Thanks Dee ... typical of this lovely lady to be thinking of the rest of us and wishing us well when she has had  the worst  12 months imaginable after the loss of her other half, a major operation and a major house move..... Dee , I hope  your New Year resolution is to put yourself first in 2021 and give yourself time to stand still and regain your equilibrium after the harrowing  time you have had this past year.  You’ve been inspiring  to many of us with your stoicism  and never once did you meet the stresses with anything but a determination  to cope .   I wish you so much more for the coming year and hope you take  the time to put yourself and your health first.  You’ve been a stalwart and appreciated supporter of the Forum for many years  and I know when we chatted last week you felt you were unable to take as active a part as you  usually do in the immediate future  and  need to have some time to process the life changing events of the past year or so ... So take that time , pop in when you feel you can, to catch up with any news and gossip without feeling you have to have photos to post . Meanwhile stay safe my friend ...
