  1. It took over 4,000 people 8 years working to get these pictures across nearly 300 million miles of space... my mind boggles!
  2. Well.... I thought this is really fantastic considering the thousands of images that were taken and stitched together and sent millions of miles across space, it must have taken a long time for someone at NASA to clean up and stitch the images to make the video.
  3. I found this earlier...it's stunning! The shots were taken by the earlier Mars rover... Curiosity.
  4. I much prefer the original image, the edited version looks over saturated and unnatural.... to me anyway!
  5. And a 'Like Button'.... that's the reason some posts get no comments.
  6. Thank you Geoff..... I never expected it to be POTW.
  7. I love this girl... she knows how to cheer me up... ?
  8. Some more shots. Havana. Vinales Valley. Tobacco Curing.
  9. Cuban Green Woodpeckers. Chevrolet. Havana. Fishing Cuban Style. Ploughing.
  10. Good choice... well done Fogey!
  11. Brilliant capture... I knew one of Rogers set just had to be POTW... they were all winners!
  12. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/business-54350046 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/science-environment-45985510
  13. Well done Denis! ... A bit late... Sorry!
  14. Blimey! I never expect this... Thanks Polly!
  15. Well done Paul... good capture!
  16. It's a job to know what to say Polly... I bet you will be ready next time! I guess that's the problem with having several cameras, I have sold nearly all my DSLR gear and for all the use my Canon 60D gets I may as well let that go too. It's so much easier having the FZ2000, it's always on my desk when I am at home and I have four batteries which I keep charged. If something appeared in my garden I would be ready for it.
