The light was a little flat, so will do this again on a better day, but still quite happy with!  A few rays of light coming through the leaves and a little mist is needed I feel!

I can se what you mean about the light being a little flat, but I think it still works in spite of that.

 

The image has a lovely calm quality which I love - I also agree with Fooj re the potential for a mono version.

I know, it was really overcast but I was too impatient to get the shot.  I will re-do it with better light soon.

 

Yes, well worth doing. But it's such a lovely capture, have you thought about pushing the highlights using Levels or Curves?
