COMFORT FOOD !

Because my good lady isn’t as well as she used to be, I have had to rekindle my love of cooking, I used to teach it to my students years ago. Recently I treated myself to a small air-fryer oven, not the single drawer type, but a real mini fan oven, with a drop down door and rotisserie , it works beautifully and saves us money on gas bills.

This is an 8inch square Bread and Butter Pudding, ideal for four good helpings , all done from scratch in less than an hour , 25 minutes baking time…

A step or three away from my usual black and white, Street Candids.

Shot with my iPhone 13 Pro….

I bought one about a year ago  and similarly  to  Dee ... I hardly use the big oven now unless we are catering for larger numbers  when family and friends visit ....  The air fryer cooks  the very best  home made crinkle cut  chips with just a teaspoon of oil ! They certainly have cut down the electricity bill by 9-10 pounds a month according to our calculations ... so worth it ...as every little helps so the saying goes !

Fooj ... that looks good enough to eat!! :yes
