Juvenile Pied Wagtail

Sitting outside having coffee with a friend yesterday and this little chap was very bold. A few biscuit crumbs and holding my phone upside down worked out quite well! Little bit of cropping and tweaking in Snapseed and I’m really pleased with how these came out

I would think this little fellow was entirely dependent on us humans for his living, given the deformed feet he has.

Great shots, I used to feed a Pied Wagtail a few years back, it got so used to me that it didn't fly away when I went out to put wormies for it.

I hadn't actually noticed that. He didn't seem to have any problems getting around, and he flew off a couple of times to perch on various things around the place, so hopefully he'll be okay...
