bad day

I really like that first image and I'd like to see a larger one. A bad day - they probably missed Valentines day... maybe a make up present that went wrong - who knows. It's interesting that we can see one part of the story in your photograph but are oblivious to the real story....

I'd say orange or yellow roses, not red - because they were all the local florist had after Valentines day, a local park close by to were the intended lives and fairly fresh I'd guess - bought that day...???.

I wonder what Sherlock would make of it with his deductive reasoning....

Like Korks, I find a real sadness in these two images ... Yes the first one is beautifully composed and processed.  Maybe something tragic happened where they were found ... And someone was remembering.. We will never know but doesn't  it  just show how the power of an image can captivate the imagination...

As Herr LUMIX said ... Maybe Marie  has the answer ... ;)

All together now: "Paper woses, paper woses, oh how weal those woses seem to me...".

My God, we'll spare BP from explaining just exactly who The Osmonds were, but wasn't it bad enough that we had the dentifulgent Donny to cope with, then his equally dentifulgent sister appeared to blight our lives even more?
