The birdbath was almost empty yesterday, but we had over 30mm overnight. Got my new camera wet!

Sorry - I'm just a nudge late this week, due to several appointments. Caught this cheeky Kookaburra on a day out earlier in the week - yes, they are common over here, but we don't get to see them often in our area:

All in on time apart from Lady Klicks - just you watch, she'll have an excuse that would impress a magistrate.

Dee - you get the kudos for the pic of the Kookaburra - love it! Delivery this time will be first class Emirates in a big A380.

It's worse than learning how to juggle, trying to keep all these balls in the air !!!  I have the pic M'lud . 'Tis  on  the hard drive  of my PC and we had a  bad storm that knocked out the power several times  and all I had was my  iPad...    It's back on now ... So I can retrieve it ... ( this is from my iPad  ) ... As soon as its booted up ! 

Here's one of my toad lilies..This is their second year  in the  garden .. They are only about an inch across and  the most beautiful orchid-like  flower .. On close inspection I can see the sticky nectar ... I reall have been busy Korks ... s'alright for some ...going hangliding

As an aside ...I just love the abstract type take on the building Rye.
