Now, if you've ever had to wait a long time to get a photograph - maybe a sunset, a child's expression, that special light that pops over the public lavatories in the town centre every so often. Or perhaps that shot of Royal Scot thundering through Lower Pocklington Junction. Well, whatever it is, it's sod-all compared to how long I had to wait for a shot of Eric Morecambe's statue that didn't include tourists.

My mate made a silly mistake, in saying how much he disliked Garden Gnomes. So now, every time I go by the 2 dollar shop I buy a Gnome and leave it secretly in his garden. Sometimes it takes days before he finds them. This morning, I thought I'd give him warning of what's to come. He rang and called me a name, similar to the one I had to photoshop out on the Gnome's hat.
