  1. Well I am absolutely up for Haworth. I love that part of the world and have family up there so overnighting would be easy for me. If it is necessary to change the date to accommodate people with various domestic commitments can I suggest we bring it forward by a few weeks to take advantage of the autumn colours. EIther way count me in.
  2. Thanks Phil. Sorry you couldn't make it - maybe next time.
  3. Thanks for the comment, and for your company on Saturday.
  4. Lovely set - great portrait of the busker.
  5. Fascinating set. "Goggles" looks strangely sinister.
  6. I actually thought of you as I posted those - hoped you might find them interesting.
  7. Maybe that's why I felt comfortable with you all!
  8. Thank you for your comments, Korky and sorry I must have inadvertently hit the Lightroom 'gormless' preset.
  9. Are you sure you're not punching above your weight, Fuji?
  10. Thank you Fuji for your very constructive advice. Looking forward to the next day out!
  11. And a few miscellaneous odds & sods Bubblemaking
  12. And yet more - a few medieval buildings.
  13. Here's a few more ...... Lunchtime in the market - I think he may have done that before. Excellent busker . "Give us a chip" Korkfully explaining something Fuji said she was worth taking, and of course he was right. Clicker, doing what she does best.
  14. Polly at the door looks like she is audtioning for "Alice in Wonderland"
  15. Great set - loads of variety. Looks like you and Fuji may be fighting over who 'owns' the supermodel!
  16. Lovely set and great memories. Thanks for your informal tutorial!
  17. Big day out. Took this on my way back to the car after a great day .
  18. This is this morning's forecast - guess we can live with this.
  19. Well I for one would be fascinated to see your street portrait technique. Haven't quite got the round objects to shove a lens in the face of a complete stranger so any tips would be very welcome.
  20. Not possibly, Denis - I am in. Looking forward to meeting you all but sorry some of our big hitters can't make it.
  21. I have been messing about with four photos and still can't decide which one to submit. I don't suppose I will be any farther forward this time tomorrow so here's my effort.....
  22. I am fairly confident that with a bit more effort I can be a nuisance.
  23. Thank you very much - sorry to be a nuisance.
  24. Sorry!!! Just caught up with this. Am definitely coming, don't bother changing the bookings - I'll just try to furtively gatecrash.
