  1. Many thanks. I have a couple of ideas but will check the list and have a new challenge ready this morning.
  2. Congratulations Brian a great set to earn a well deserved POTW award. And I would love to take credit for the Super Wolf Blood Moon picture but it was actually Craig who captured that amazing image.
  3. Take your pick ~ you have a pair of boots, jeans, legs or dogs
  4. Never Ending Circles ~ There are plenty of circles on this one sheet of a certain kitchen towel
  5. The decking needs painting but it will keep for now.
  6. This is what the inside of my brain looks like today after 4 hours of trying to rebuild a controller only to realize I was doing it wrong. I needed to be doing it the old way not the new way silly me but I had actually deleted the old way from my head to make way for the new way. This is not my hair by the way it was maybe 10 years ago but not anymore.
  7. From yesterday. Always sticking to the customers Health & Safety rules.
  8. Count me back in for this it could be the kick up the derriere I need to get me back from my self imposed photography exile. Also can I throw an idea at you for this challenge. This idea was sort of inspired by Clickers weekly challenge subject as set this week. As we are about half way through the year why not have each weeks subject set by the letters of alphabet it would see the challenge finish early in December with either a couple of weeks off then hit the ground running for a full 52 challenge for 2019 or you could still add a theme every few weeks to fill the extra couple of week but everyone would be able to plan ahead a little. Please feel free to bin the idea as appropriate or laugh point and ridicule me. Nice to be back Simon.
  9. Just done the 30 day free trial of Elements 18 and i wish i had never got rid of the elements version i had, it suited my needs and skills perfectly. So next pay day i will have to decide between Photoshop 18 or the premier version. I dont do hardly any video but guess its handy to have if i do?
  10. An old pic taken in Valletta Malta way back in 2013 but with a new Topaz twist.
  11. Pair of rusty old cans from Yorkshire Sculpture Park
  12. My 2 pence for what it’s worth. I don’t feel there is a clique just a good online community of like minded folk who I have always thought made newbies feel more than welcome it’s by far the best forum I have been a member of. That said I,m guilty of not having a lot to say comment wise but with the 365 challenge over I was determined to post and comment a little more this year in the big wide world of the forum (I just needed to get through to the end of this month) and I will still do that. The reciving of comments good or bad I’m ok with it’s the giving of what could be seen as negative comments I struggle with not sure why? Simon.

  15. I will be in on this challenge in some shape or form but not sure what i am going to do for a theme at the min
  16. Mrs sr bought me a nice cheerful festive grim reaper figure.
  17. Not a fan of Christmas I just see it as 5 days off work (10 if I count weekends/bank holiday) and a load of hassle. Wifey is at work for all but 2 days of my 10 days off so its egg and chips for our Christmas dinner. We have had beans on toast and pizza in previous years although the pizza was in Barcelona. I will be off out walking the dogs on Christmas day when the lady of the house has gone to work just need to decide on coast or country.
  18. So not to leave JamesT alone here is one from earlier this year taken on Trawsfynydd Lake of the now decommissioned (well it will be in 2083) Industrial Nuclear Power Station
  19. You have done a great job with your challenge within a challenge. This weeks is probably my fav of the year so far.
  20. 365 variations of the metal?
