One Of Those Days

Typical Scottish day - rain - dull sky - cold - damp - you know the ones - the ones where you wonder why you drove to that town just to wander round a few shops, have a cup of coffee, take a few snaps because you might as well as you've dragged a ruddy geet big camera around for a few hours then drive home again......those sort of days........where the kids moan, the wife wants excitement - we're in the middle of nowhere, in November - and frankly you'd rather be sitting in a centrally heated room with a good book and a glass of wine.

Well we were driving home from such a day when I spotted an old ruin down a muddy track so a quick stomp on the brakes and few exposures ended up as this which almost made the day worth while.
