It's behind you !

I was that busy taking pictures whilst looking out  to sea from the cliff tops that I nearly missed this  double rainbow that was behind   me .... It was  only  my other  half yelling ," Its  behind  you !" that made turn around to capture it ....and it only lasted about a minute at the most !

Moments after I took this  we called out the coastguard as we saw  someone  appearing  to be struggling on a paddle board about a  three hundred yards out ...  There was absolutely no one or any boats in the area and we were concerned for his safety as  he appeared to be working very hard lying flat on the board and getting nowhere,  just further  out to sea.  We watched  for a while  giving   the  coastguard our position  on the cliff top so that they  could  find him ..   He may have been ok but  we just didn't feel comfortable  just  walking away without notifying  them that he looked  like he may have  been finding it difficult in the choppy seas...
