My first Commision (unpaid for charity...) 12 images...

Recommended Posts

The local nature reserves at Brockholes on the outskirts of Preston have asked me to provide some images of the reserve. It is a free work - they are a charity, so there is no fee involved, but any images used will be fully accredited to me.

Here are the images I took today - no guarantee they will be used, but they will be given consideration by the wetlands marketing department.

I have added all 12 at a reasonable size, three in each post (by way of a reply) so you can see them better.

Apologies for the signatures, which I have put in because these are for exclusive use by Brockholes and I if anyone browsing the web found them, I wouldn't want to have them downloaded for use.

Thanks everyone.  :)

I'm going back today to see if there is any better light. For the most part the sky was leaden and the threat of rain was always there though it didn't actually fall.

It's quite a large reserve on foot, so there are places still to use for vantage points.

It's good though having been given to access all areas, so some of the photos of the floating village are from parts of the reserve the public don't get to walk on.

Paul.
