A few random shots from a lovely few hours spent wandering around Cragside House and gardens:

 

 

 

 

Only had a 18-55mm and a 50mm so couldn't get close enough for a good shot - which is a shame as it was a monster:

A very nice set - it's the Instagram work that gets the biggest thumbs-up from me, but no real surprise there.

 

I just love the glass blocks image - couldn't you have sent one of the kids round to peep through one of the blocks?

Nice set, BP. I had to Google Cragside, and it looks a lovely interesting place. Love the first one, and also the glass blocks, and the reflection in the copper pan. 

 

The last plant looks very much like an Aeonium, which we grow in our garden out here.
