POTW 14/07/13

Firstly apologies for doing this so late on a sunday night, i confess i was leaving it to give people chance to post things after a nice sunny weekend and then i promptly forgot to do it before we went out for a meal tonight oops ! 

 

So anyhoooo , been some cracking work this week again, loved lots of the insect work going on.. Bugmeister gets a special mention for his newly emerged four spotted chaser pictures which were fascinating ! 

I thought i had found my POTW with festcu and his blue derwent water picture which was a very close runner up in the end ... fantastic atmospheric picture

 

But he was pipped at the post with Phils wood pigeon in flight picture shown below which gets my POTW vote this week. Difficult to get a good bird in flight picture and these are so crisp and clear i have to give him my full    so well done Phil !!
