As mentioned in the 52 Project, photographically speaking it has been a quiet time for me as I've been building fortifications to keep the 'roos, wallabies, rabbits, hares and God knows what else out of our garden. Our's is a bush block of 30 acres and we cleared about an acre to build the house. Trying to establish a garden around it has been a nightmare and you can see the devastation that met us on return from our recent holiday. So to fix the problem once and for all, we spent most of this week putting up a fence. One can only hope!

Looks like you have a battle royal on your hands Brian.  Don't envy you.

It is Parndon Mill John, I'm afraid it features heavily in my photo collection being at the start and finish of my regular walk.  My turnaround point is Hunsdon Lock. That also features more often than not!

Today I've been photographing these cute little guys at Formby Point. Whenever I've been I've always seen at least one Red Squirrel and come away with several decent shots. The highlight of today though was one Red Squirrel came right up to me and took a nut (Ok they aren't nuts but legumes) right from my fingers, luckily he moved away so I could actually get a photo..

There are many nuts that look the same but this one is mine....

Fantastic to see Red Squirrels , all we have are the Greys down here. These look so much more photogenic

It's mostly the same here, except for Formby Point, I know there are some up near were BP lives as well, but these are only 40 miles from where I live....
