To be honest, I don't often venture into People and Portrait, there are others far better than me, but every now and again I do like to dip my toes in...

From the ELR 1940's weekend last year, three lady singers called the Hotsie Totsies. A little run through Topaz (and some added focal blur) and a slight crop...(due to people in the background).... I almost thought about a Mono conversion but felt colour was the way to go... I just liked the 'big eyes'......

It's one of the reasons I liked this image so much. I've photographed them a few times at the ELR 1940's Weekend, which is a pretty good weekend out, steam trains to ride on, battles, re-enactors, and lots of people just dressed in 1940's apparel....
