Smoke Breaks

I think I like this one. It was taken last weekend at a niche motor sport event, the British Drift Championships. Lots of smoke brings a real challenge to getting an image with clarity. I followed the car round the circuit waiting for a possible clear break in the tyre smoke and hit the shutter button. I was quite chuffed when I got home to see 2 cars and an official photographer with the big zoom lens at different smoke breaks within the shot.

You are right to be chuffed its a super shot. 

I'm glad I don't have to choose potw there has been some stunners this week and this one right up there.

Wow! I also  am not a motor sport fan but this rally captures the movement and drama of the event,

I only ended up here as my son wanted to go. I may go again in September, a night drift event in Teeside.

Again I must say, you have captured real movement and dynamism in this image Kev ...Not an easy skill to accomplish ...well done you ... you should do this more often ... you have a definite flair for this genre!
