The calendar company asked me for an interview... :)

So Calvendo, who produce my calendars (still doubt if I have sold any yet but you never know....) asked me to do a sort of online interview which the post on their blog and into social media etc...

Always nice to have some feed back and you calendar does look good.

 I would worry that others can view every month with date line attached, right click and copy. you might want to suggest they stop that.

Fair point Colin - but print it and it'll not go to paper very well due to pixelation.

Congratulations Paul.........I have watched you progress ever since you acquired the Venus lens ( probably before)....I remember you struggling with focu and getting enough light just where it was needed. You have obviously succeeded, the results are there for us all to see.

That is one fantastic interview, let us hope that it brings you more, well deserved recognition, your specialism is beginning to pay off.......you know that I occasional dabble in the small world, it gave me much pleasure recently when a Japanese Academic magazine requested permission to use my shots of a transparent earthworm.....They sent me a copy, but I don't understand a word........something to do with soil quality I think.

if I were younger, I may have gone down the photographer route, but now it is just one of the acivities that keeps my old mind active, despite the body protesting just lately.

I know that winter is a frustrating time for macro photographers, but you know that there are creepy things tucked away under the stones and detritus in the garden......have you found snail and slug eggs yet?

Good interview there Paul ... well done on the calendar...I agree that a bit of space allowing one to mark down appointments  would  help .. even though it may reduce the overall space dedicated to the  image .Nice to see your work "out there "
