A first for me, I usually hear them but can never see them, today I was lucky and saw loads. These were the best....

They always remind me of the film Quatermass and the Pit, which scared the life out of me when I was young.

Thanks Kev, I did have to lie down on the path to get it at eye level, wasn't sure about the grass stalks either side of the grasshopper, whether they distracted or not, but did like they way it was looking through them.

Ah Grasshopper...man who lie down on path .... more likely get an eyeful  !:lol::lol:
