Hold Very Tight Please.

We managed a break in Durham in June which allowed me to satisfy a long held wish to visit the outdoor museum at Beamish.  A great day out and needless to say, provided photographic opportunities by the score which I'm going to bore you with for a while. In a long period of photographic activity, I have never managed to get involved in studio portraiture. However I do enjoy making environmental portraits. The bus conductor below was very happy to be captured after I spotted him appearing out from behind his bus (1st image).

Finger trouble.

Never heard it called that before...

Crich Tramway Village is also a good place to visit, especially if they have a 1940's weekend on - and much closer......
