Would it help to darken down the 'whateveritis' in the background on the right?

That’s a nice study Leon .. I understand where Hatter is coming from  but I don’t find that lighter bit too distracting .  They are so inquisitive aren’t they ...  I think that’s one of the reasons we have such an affinity for these cute birds ....

Very striking pose well caught, perhaps a little bit of a brightening of the Robin though, I do appreciate it could have been a dull day.

I like Robins, they are so nosey. I had one that kept coming back to look at me when I was in a hide at WWT Martin Mere, I had a definite feeling it was saying to itself 'What is he doing?'

The background didn't bother me that much in the original, but that's definitely a lot better 👍
