HISTORY IN THE LANDSCAPE

Two more studies from my amazing GX8 12-60  kit lens at the wide hen the mid range settings...to see close up and other settings see my two other posts of today.

My very close neighbouring Kenilworth Castle taken late afternoon in glorious side-light so the ruins were lit just like a stage set.

The colour versions are extremely beautiful too.

Dustus sensorus spottus...... quite a rare avian with bad habits......must do something about that...pronto.....they don’t show on my Street hots

In reality though the usual flocks are of four different species......Jackdaws.......Rooks..... Black-Headed Gulls.....and ....Racing Pigeons.

As said, love the drama of the clouds, and the subject. The wide shot is my type of thing, and I think the second shot is a good un too. Wouldn't mind seeing the colour ones too

Very nice Fuji - nice subject and the drama of the skies add to the picture.

A very nice bit of monochrome twiddling - number 1 works best for me.

The sky really does it for me in #1. Good contrasty images that work well in black and white.
