  2. Polly you have an eye for this type of image
  3. Polly this is a fantastic abstract image. I can imagine it huge on acryllic in the reception of a super modern building. Well done on potw.
  4. Well done korky. A lovely colourful image. I'm sad mine got no votes but only because I like it and it has memories for me. The sign is in tenetife and points to places all over the world and their distance from tenerife. Sadly it's been replaced by a giant ice cream cone now.
  5. Sorry to hear this it must be a worry. Hopefully treatment will help.
  6. A Precious Moment - Meeting Emme for the first time yesterday. My beautiful friends beautiful baby.
  7. Mitch this is a lovely image. Well done.
  8. Just for a little Easter fun now the site seems to be running properly, I thought I would start a 'funny place names' thread. The idea came to me when I saw Ryewolf's 'All Alone Road'. I will kick it off with ......... Bell End in Worcestershire
  9. Ryewolf. At least u didn't go by yourself...lol

  12. I was trying to enter the monthly challenge but its driving me crazy haha! Poor Phil must be going nutty!
  13. Well done Polly for a beautiful backlit flower. Impressively taken and lit. Looking forward to this weeks theme, if only we can get on long enough to do it.
  14. Roast beef dinner with horseradish sauce and Yorkshire puddings
  15. This looks yummy Korky - we rarely if ever buy pre-made sauces, soups, food in general. Im on 'Slimming World' and not seeing it at all as a diet - it makes so much sense and makes you realise why the world is getting obese. Enjoying the cooking and general experimenting and coming up with low fat 'fakeaway' ideas. It's time takeaways did low fat food. The hidden fats, sugars, salts and additives even in a tin of soup is terrible. Hooray for the sugar tax - I think the same should be done for these greasy fast food take aways. Our local Italian restaurant has a 'slimming world friendly' menu and word has it that the food is as delicious as the full fat variety. Not tried it yet, but its pending! RANT OVER! - So....for my food image - wait till I serve up my roast beef dinner. Spray oil on the roasties with parsley and garlic salt to pimp them up. Lots of fresh veg, home-made yorkshires and (sadly, cos I don't know how to make it) bought horseradish sauce.MMMMMmmmmm
  16. Cant do the poll - the site is just going beserk....sorry! Phil?
