  1. I would - but I've had a hairy face for years :-) I shaved it off once and it grew back white - I was really impressed :-)
  2. I've seen pics from car dealerships etc in the closed zone, brand new cars left in place in the showrooms when it was evacuated - 1974 Toyota Celicas spring to mind - really sad to think of all those lives uprooted

All my thoughts are with you, sending positive thoughts, hope your back up and running, so to speak, as quickly as possible. All you can do is trust in the medics and follow the instructions they give. If positive thoughts could guarantee the outcome then you'd be sorted :-)

  10. I love shooting, but I hate shooting things for the "sport" If you're shooting to feed yourself fair enough, but not just to kill stuff - I think he's right, and I'd sign the petition, if there was one (I'll also say that the French will blast away at anything)

    New Toy!

I've been computerless for about a week after the new desktop threw a wobbly and refused to start, have finally resorted to the old laptop! Whilst in exile I have "accidentally" acquired a Hoya R72 infrared filter, all I need to do now is learn how to use it and get the computer back so I can edit the raw files Has anyone had a play with this type of thing? I think there is going to be a fair amount of trial and error involved, but thats all part of the fun - probably! Shall post some if I get a result - or perhaps even if I dont :-)
