  1. Thanks ,Steve I had the mono in mind when me neighbor called foe our daily walk, I just haven't gotten back to it yet. Nice catch!
  2. Sometimes the strangest things happen, I was walking toward the opening of the tunnel and this swallow(?) flew in. I had to raise my camera from below chest height and shoot. I didn't think it came out but later found it wasn't too bad.
  3. Beautiful set, Geoff, I like cloudy skies for shooting almost everything but they particularly suit buildings.
  4. Thank you kindly, Geoff. I am having fun trying some new techniques.
  5. Thank you Polly, it is one of my favorite old buildings here in town.
  6. Thank you Fogey, It is a cool old building.
  7. I noticed that there was no obvious focal point and i shifted to the stand back and enjoy the colors and oof part. I see a swan on the right side of the flower.
  8. Nice set Gareth, It feels good to get out
  9. Thank you Polly, It was built in the early 1920s and the idea was to blend the traditional gothic style with the modern style of the time, possibly early Art Deco? Your description is just what I was shooing for.
  10. Thank you, Steve. Yeah I trailed off into darkness on the right where the buildings aren't as interesting.
  11. Thanks Geoff. I missed that. Maybe my wife is right about me needing glasses, or maybe I should just wear the ones I have.
  12. I love it! First one is my favorite closely followed by the third.
  13. I miss so much lately, Beautiful image, Geoff.

  15. I have been working on my mono techniques.
  16. Interesting. I think I will add that to the want one list. It seems the ground gets farther away every passing year.
  17. Thanks, Geoff. I went back later to get a shot from lower but there was some junk pilled up in the way.
